Setting Serial port
A PC or printer can be connected via the RS232/V24 DB9 serial interface and a PC can be connected via the USB DEVICE serial interface. Both connections are located on the back of the balance. For data transmission, the interface parameters of the balance must match with those of the peripheral device.
Data reception
A list of possible remote control commands is provided at the end of this help text.
Data sending
Mode Protocol
In mode Protocol, the protocol defined for the application is output automatically or with the [PRINT]-key, depending on the setting.
Mode of output as Protocol
Baudrate, parity and handshake must match with the interface parameters of the connected peripheral device.
Format of the protocol output with 40, 24 or 120 characters width.
Mode Measurement transfer
In mode Measurement transfer by pressing the soft button [Transfer] or the [PRINT]-key respectively (depending on the trigger setting) the current weight value is transferred according the set format of the settings Measurement transfer. If trigger is set on Transfer button the soft button [Transfer] must be activated in the Action bar.
Select mode of output as Measurement transfer
Note, to ensure to activate on the Action bar the soft button [Transfer] if trigger is set on Transfer button.
